Entering your credit card information at Tea Packs online is safe. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure your payment information is processed with accuracy and confidentiality.

Your purchases will appear as “Digicell” our credit card processing company, on your credit card statement.

Money Orders

State Sales Taxes
For all Tea Packs purchases, sales tax will be charged where Tea Packs is required by law to charge tax. We will charge the applicable City, County and State sales and or use taxes in the State of Florida.

Orders processed for all other US states do not require Tea Packs to charge sales tax at this time.
Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped. Orders shipped to FL will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order, and to your shipping charges where appropriate.

Returns for Online Purchases

We want you to be satisfied with your order from Tea Packs, and we will gladly exchange or refund any unopened teas or other products that were purchased within 30 days of receipt.

  • All teas or products purchased must be unused, in their original packaging and in new condition upon receipt. If item is found damaged or used, Tea Packs will not be able to issue a refund.
  • Shipping cost will not be covered on returned or exchanged items to Tea Packs or the cost of shipping replacement or exchanged items to you.
